What I did
+ The research, wrote the copy, made the decks, pitched the idea up through the agency owner
+ Met with HR a couple of times to work out the comp and benefits end of things
+ Took that mental health day

When there was no budget to attend the 3% conference, Lisa, Lindsay and I pulled together, got the streaming package approved, funded the snack budget ourselves, and created the posters. The result — that audience above. My point…?
As a craft-oriented person, I care so much about the work!
But I also care about the people I work with and the environment we’re in. The further I get into my career, the more this is my job, quite frankly 🫡 I’m looking to collaborate with people who feel the same.
